If you do happen to receive a damaged product, or a product that does not match your order, then please send notification immediately using our Contact Us form or simply reply to your tracking email.

Please provide the following information:

You will be contacted within 24 hours with instructions on how to return the product (there will be no extra cost to you).

We will promptly credit your original method of payment in full or arrange a new product to be sent.

Please note that if the product causes an allergy to the recipient's skin then unfortunately it cannot be returned to Smellycat for a refund or exchange.
